Description

Flame Retardant DBDPE, also known as decabromodiphenyl ethane, 1,2-Bis(perbromophenyl)ethane and 1,2-Bis(pentabromophenyl)ethane, is a new, broad-spectrum, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly additive flame retardant with high bromine content, good thermal stability, and excellent UV resistance. Exudation compared to other brominated flame retardants Low performance; especially suitable for the production of high-grade materials such as computers, fax machines, telephones, copiers, and home appliances. Its heat resistance, light resistance and non-dialysis are better than decabromodiphenyl ether. The flame retardance of the two is basically the same, but it does not produce toxic polybrominated dibenzodioxane ( PBDO) and polybrominated dibenzofuran (PBDF) are less toxic than decabromodiphenyl ether. The materials used for its flame retardants fully meet the requirements of European regulations on dioxins and do not cause harm to the environment. Decabromodiphenylethane has no toxicity, and it is not possible for the organism to produce any teratogenicity. It has no side effects on aquatic organisms such as fish, and can be said to meet environmental protection requirements. Although DecaBDE was exempted in October 2005, it does not rule out the possibility that production and use will still be banned after more than ten years. Therefore, Decabromodiphenylethane is an excellent alternative to decabromodiphenyl ether. Decabromodiphenyl ethane is suitable for polystyrene, high styrene, ABS, epoxy resin, elastomer, PVC, PP and other products.
