Description
Pentaerythritol phosphate alcohol is an intermediate for the production of a series of phosphorus-containing or phosphorus-halogen flame retardants. It can also be used in flame retardant plastic adhesives and coatings, or as a synergistic effect for mixed intumescent flame retardants. Pentaerythritol phosphate alcohol and polyphosphate APP can be combined to prepare flame retardant PP, pentaerythritol based bicyclic cage phosphate (such as 1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7- Trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo [2.2.2] octane, and its derivatives have both rich carbon and acid sources. Used in combination with melamine, etc., it can be used for flame retardant epoxy resins. It has good carbon forming properties. With excellent thermal stability and rich carbon and acid sources, the synthesis of this cage-like phosphate compound and its application in flame retardant materials have received widespread attention.
