Description
Flame retardant DPO-HQ, also known as flame retardant PPQ, flame retardant DPPQ, 2-diphenylphosphorylbenzene-1,4-diol, 2,5-Dihydroxyphenyl(diphenyl)phosphine Oxide, is a new type of halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant, which belongs to reactive flame retardant. Flame retardant DPO-HQ has excellent heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and is widely used in epoxy resin, plastic electronics, circuit boards, copper clad boards and potting materials. According to reports, after being miscible with epoxy resin, flame retardant DPO-HQ can be stored at room temperature. After curing, the flame retardant performance is superior. When the phosphorus content is 1.8%, the cured flame retardant grade reaches UV 94 V-0. Flame retardant DOPO-HQ can achieve the same effect when the phosphorus content reaches 2.1%. Flame retardant DPO-HQ has a small amount of addition, so it can better maintain the good mechanical properties of halogen-free flame retardant epoxy cured products.
