Description
Diazolidinyl urea is a white crystalline powder with hygroscopicity, tasteless or characteristic odor. As an important cosmetic preservative, diazolidinyl urea has a broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, not only against Gram-positive bacteria, bacteria, yeasts, molds and fungi, but also against Gram-negative bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli has special effects and has no toxic and side effects within the prescribed usage range. Whether it is a cationic, anionic or nonionic surfactant, or protein does not affect the bactericidal activity of diazolidinyl urea. It is compatible with almost all cosmetic ingredients.
Usage
Diazolidinyl urea can be used in various resident and rinse-off products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, wipes, etc.
Diazolidinyl urea generally recommends to add 0.1~0.4%
Diazolidinyl urea has a pH range of 3 to 9 and can be added in a wide temperature range (<80°C).
Diazolidinyl urea is used in combination with parabens and IPBC to enhance its antiseptic effect.
Diazolidinyl urea is compatible with various surfactants, proteins, and most cosmetic ingredients.
